The Dress Agency Online aim to dispatch all purchased items within 2/3 working days from time of purchase. We offer both domestic and International postal services which includes 2nd Class signed for with tracking and £50 insurance. Additional insurance is available at an extra cost.

Return & Exchange Policy

The Dress Agency Online offer a 14 day returns policy which includes a full refund of purchased item or items. Customer pays postage and a full refund is issued once item/items have been received in their original condition.
